We are excited to gather the HCI community for this vibrant in-person only event. Registration is free for everyone!

If you want to participate in this event, please first complete the General Registration.

If you plan to present, please also register for the Presenters sessions below.

1. General Registration (Mandatory for all participants)

Participant Registration

Join us to connect with fellow researchers, engage in inspiring discussions, and explore the latest HCI trends in the Greater Bay Area. Open to all attendes!

Please indicate which day(s) you plan to attend when registering.

Note: Workshop registration is now full and closed. General registration for the main event continues normally.

2. For Presenters (Optional for those who want to share)

Paper Presentations

Have a paper accepted at CHI 2026, CSCW 2026, or other influential conferences or journals in HCI? Share your work with the local community! This is a fantastic opportunity to rehearse your talk, extend the audience of your work, and get feedback.

Poster Presentations

Showcase your work-in-progress or late-breaking results. Posters invoke lively 1-on-1 discussions and are great for finding collaborators.

Note: Posters size should be 170 cm (H) × 120 cm (W).
Authors are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters to the conference sites.
Further notification about setting up the posters on site will be sent to the authors' registration email before the conference.

3. Promotion Opportunities (Optional)

Conference Booklet

Increase visibility for your lab, school, or academic program. We invite you to contribute introductory page(s) to our conference booklet to reach our targeted audience.
